Chocolate Chili, Your NEW Chili Recipe!

Seriously, this is the best chili!  THE BEST!  Ever since finding the recipe for it last year on Well Fed, it has become our go-to chili recipe.   Check out the ingredients and simple steps below and give it a try.  Don't be afraid of the chocolate and don't leave anything out.  I'm pretty sure it will become your new chili recipe too!

It's so simple to make.  I even make up bags of the spice mix so I have it on hand and ready to go.  As Melissa from Well Fed says, DO NOT skip the step of simmering the chili for at least 2 hours!  It really, really makes a difference.  The flavors meld and get deeper and better the longer it simmers. Serve this on a cold fall or winter day with some chopped onions, shredded cheddar and saltine crackers! We've got a big pot of it simmering on the stove now!  Mouth watering!
